Free e-bike and Gear available to 25 Hillsboro residents

Up to 25 Hillsboro residents who meet eligibility requirements will receive a free e-bike, bike gear, bike tune-ups, repairs, training, and more.

The Ride2Own e-bike program organized by The Street Trust supports e-bike ownership for people who don’t already have easy access or comfortability with e-biking.
The program aligns with the City of Hillsboro’s prioritization of Environmental Sustainability to enhance alternative transportation, improve air quality, and reduce carbon emissions.

Selected participants will receive:

  • A free e-bike
  • Free bike gear essentials
  • Free bike tune ups, repair, and part replacement
  • Free bike trainings and support services
  • Opportunities to attend free community biking events
  • Free membership to The Street Trust
